The outage at the data centre has now been resolved, all services are
coming back on-line. There may possibly a backlog for mail-man which looks
after all the mailing lists. Just when you thought it was quiet on the
e-mail lists, mail-man will be catching up :)

Hello Nio,
One of the Canonical data centers in London received a power failure, so
most of the Ubuntu services are down. It has been fixed now, and services
are expected to go back up soon.

Launchpad is down too. I had some info from the launchpad IRC, that the
servers are down and people are working on it.
