I'm still awaiting further destructions... the .deb files needed are
already in http://phillw.net/isos/non-pae/ I do have the alternate kernel
ISO in and mounted. I need to ask further for squirting in the kernel into
the ISO as it is not in the docs I'm following. As usual, my fate lies with

Yes Phill, not only OK, I'm happy to try your non-pae kernel :-)
I can install the kernel (with apt-get) in an installed system, and make
a tarball, that can be uploaded to your server for other people to try.
As you know, I have two Trusty systems (with tarballs) already, Lubuntu
and Xubuntu.

Version 2.3 of the One Button Installer is mainly a bug-fix update from
2.2 including updated pdf documents. The operating system (13.10) is
also updated/upgraded.
New feature: the OBI will share an existing swap partition, when
selected at the advanced OBI level.
