The first thing I always do is try to boot the Live CD without any
parameters, so as to check for the "fixing recursive..." bug.
I can confirm it is gone.
The only boot parameter I needed was to fix the low color depth.

Hi Phil,
I tested the Live CD today, then did a manual install from the Live
CD. Both test cases passed.
The usual boot parameter was needed to get the correct color depth for
the Live CD, and I noted it in the comment section of the test case.
