thanks! if you didn't check out the link above and grab your image
from the iso qa testing tracker and log your results there, it doesn't
mean a lot to the goal we're trying to achieve (have official ppc
images for 14.10).
I downloaded and ran the PPC Live ISO via usb flash stick earlier
today. After an abnormally long time it finally loaded to the desktop
and everything looked fine.
However, when I launched Firefox, it locked up the computer. No mouse
or keyboard response. I couldn't get to a console. I had
that's all that's left for our thursday alpha1.
if you are a ppc/amd64+mac user and would like to have alpha1 images,
your help is requested.

Uh, people? Take a look at the bug page. It's not assigned to you
personally, it's assigned to the Lubuntu Team, and presumably you're on
that mailing list.

pretty sure this happened on utopic, so please test there, too, though
i believe it is probably an applet error given that the art appears
appropriate.

Rafael Laguna (rafaellaguna) has assigned this bug to you for lxpanel in Ubuntu:
To reproduce open a live cd in virtualbox of a lubuntu i386 iso in a
live session. To find this open then look at the panel and see the black
backgruodn that makes it hard to look at the background.

though we also need two i386 testcases to be taken care of, we also
need EVERY testcase for ppc and amd64+mac (do we even have anyone with
the specific intel mac hardware and cds to handle this?).
we need it today, too, so please test!
