close when suspending but does close if you manually change to that in xfce

Lubuntu no longer suspends my laptop when the lid is closed. It will
suspend if "pm-suspend" is run manually and it will wake up just fine
when the lid is opened. But the actual suspend needs to be done
manually. The change happened sometime this week and doing a complete
wipe and fresh install
