Hi guys,
7 out of 8 released, (alternate powerpc held back as it failed 3/3
mandatory tests). Manual install problem is being investigated. All in all,
with just two days testing allowed - a very good result, due totally to the
people who test.
Coming up for A3: The 'new' lubuntu stuff is due to
Hi Julien,
the bug numbers are in the email I sent out. It will most likely only
affect those who are not doing an install on sda(1). So, how do you wish to
go? I'm minded to not do A2, as in those circumstances, it will not
install. But, you're the boss!

Phill.

Hi Kate,
I've just taken a look at the iso tracker [1] I have noticed that several
flavours are reporting a common theme, that of the install not going where
it's told!
Lubuntu: http://launchpad.net/bugs/1018533 ,
http://launchpad.net/bugs/1015880
Ubuntu: http://launchpad.net/bugs/987418
Xubuntu:
Update, seems the Alternates are going to be affected by the same bug
as well, so probably best to skip releasing them for this milestone.
Feel free to come discuss on #ubuntu-release if you have data that
we're missing in the discussion.
Thanks, Kate

Hiya,
There seem to be some issues with Lubuntu Desktop that make them
inadvisable to release for A2. Anyone have data to the contrary?
We will be releasing the Luubntu Alternates though, based on the
results on the ISO tracker.
Thanks, Kate
