What is a 'team owner'? I believe a LoCo team cannot be 'owned' by someone
as it is a mutual work of many people with the same interest. Just make sure
everyone knows who is the team 'point-of-contact' and you'll be fine :)
Inside your LoCo team, have whatever organization that's work
Hey Amir,
The team-owner is more of a launchpad concept than a team organisational
point. It doesn't really matter _too_ much who or what the team owner
is. for MA LoCo the Council is still the owner and that's ok, it doesn't
stop us doing anything.
