Afaik, the copyright of the Ubuntu Wiki (wiki.ubuntu.com) was Public
Domain since a 2005 decision by the documentation team, however, I
don't know if that is currently reflected/was ever reflected on the
footer. Nor can I find the discussion at the current time.
