I didn't file any bug about this issue yet.
We use wysiwyg-6.x-2.1.tar.gz from http://drupal.org/project/wysiwyg.
According the FAQ http://drupal.org/node/417166#theme-scripts this could be
from page.tpl.php file.
I'll try debug and give more details when I have more free time.

You just filed a bug with the theme issue and that is it? also what
WYSIWYG plugin were you using for the site and I can file a bug for
both your site and mine.

We updated theme last week for 10.10 release. Everything works fine except
we can't use Drupal's plugin WYSIWYG with this theme. Other and the old
ubuntu drupal theme is ok. I'm too busy now to file a new bug now. Could
anyone give me a hand?

Hey all,
I just watned to check if anyone had been able to get the new theme
for drupal in any Canonical hosted LoCo Sites. I see the theme is
looking glorious and I am sure many would like to know when we can use
it in our sites.
