It's unfortunate that the website isn't updating either, because I added
some instructions on how to generate the docs locally, as an alternative to
what Jim suggested.

Well, you can probably look at the copy in the sources (www/index.html & so
forth). But we do need to get this fixed as external folks who don't have a
checkout do rely on this.
