Hi Martin,
This series addes option to add protection mask modules parameter and
fix for DMA error with DIF sg buffer, when it crosses 4G boundary.
Please apply these to 4.21/scsi-misc at your earliest convenience.

When SGE buffer containing DIF information crosses 4G boundary, it
results into DMA error. This patch fixes this issue by calculating
SGE buffer size and if it crosses 4G boundary, driver will split it
into multiple SGE buffers to avoid DMA error.

Allow user to selectively enable/disable DIF/DIX protection
capabilities mask.

I found something else, by comparing the writes to the PHY and HC,
downstream vs upstream:

I really hate having knows for this in various drivers. Can't we have
a way to do this genericly?
Hi Christoph,
We are facing an issue with masked MSIX vectors received while trying to get
pci vectors when BLK/SCSI-MQ is enabled when number of CPUs are lesser than the
available MSIX vectors. For our ISP25xx chipset, hardware supports 32 MSIX
vectors with MQ enabled. We originally found this

This is two simple target fixes and one discard related I/O starvation
problem in sd. The discard problem occurs because the discard page
doesn't have a mempool backing so if the allocation fails due to memory
pressure, we then lose the forward progress we require if the writeout
is on the same de
