Userspace must already process the modification list or it wont have correct
DPB for next frame.
If you move this processing into kernel side you also introduce state into the
stateless driver.

When measuring the voltage on the card it is between 12.8 and 13.0V,
while the set-top box measures 13.6V. I got a pretty long cable to the
LNB, approx 30 meters, could this be causing problems for me? Is there a
way to increase the voltage by 0.5V?
