Hi all, I am using the em28xx driver and have been able to extract captions using zvbi. I would like to visualize the waveform like the DirectShow VBIScope filter on windows (unfortunately the Windows driver doesn't expose any VBI pins). Does anyone know of anythings similar on Linux? Thanks -- To

Hi, I'm able to capture video just fine with my  Kworld usb 2800D usb device and the recent (I've installed the April v4l-dvb em28xx driver), but I can't get any audio. I tried modprobe em28xx-alsa, and the module loads, but alsa can't find any sound cards. Do I need the snd-usb-audio driver? the

Hi, I have a KWorld usb 2800D device and am using the newest em28xx v4l-dvb drivers from linuxtv.org. I'm running Gentoo with a 2.6.31 kernel. The driver compiles fine, and then I issue the following commands: v4lctl setnorm NTSC zvbi-ntsc-cc -c -d /dev/vbio -v after that I just get constant "V
