Hello, i have the same problem as http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.drivers.video-input-infrastructure/11441 also with Hercules Smart TV Stereo .. works OK audio+video on ..2.6.29-gentoo-r5 + bttv 0.9.17 but NO AUDIO on linux-2.6.31-gentoo-r6 + bttv 0.9.18 cat /etc/modprobe.d/bttv.conf option
