Hi Linus!
It would be nice to have head cx88fix of git.linuxtv.org/hverkuil/media_tree.git
(git.linuxtv.org/hverkuil/media_tree.git/commit/5dce3635bf803cfe9dde84e00f5f9594439e6c02)
in 3.11 as it is a trivial and tested fix for a regression introduced between
3.10 and 3.11-rc1.

Nevertheless, the hardware seems to work fine.
This is a new problem,
As long as I use the "Hauppauge WinTV Nova-HD-S2", nobody seems to be
really interested in silencing deadlock warnings triggered by dvb_device_open().
dvb lockdep problems are old, but they still exist.

Booting current git kernel dmesg shows a set of new warnings:
"wm8775 9-001b: I2C: cannot write ??? to register R??"
Nevertheless, the hardware seems to work fine.
This is a new problem, introduced after kernel 3.10.
If necessary I can bisect.

Maybe somebody could have at that old locking warning:

Kernel 3.3 breaks DVB-S reception on the
Hauppauge WinTV Nova HD-S2 and similar
cards.
The attached patch fixes this problem.

DVB-S TV and radio reception is broken with kernel 3.3-rc2 and kaffeine 1.2.2,
it works perfectly with kernel 3.2.4.
video: distorted, only 1-2 fps
audio: distorted
system load: significantly reduced
software:
kernel: 3.3-rc2 (current git master)
Xorg : X.Org X Server 1.11.99.902 (1.12.

Isn't it resolved in 3.3-rc2 already?
That problem is gone ... but TV reception is distorted in 3.3-rc2 now.
I´ll have a look into that tomorrow.

Hi Linus!
The problem still exists in 3.2.4, but nobody seems to be interested ...
