I think the driver is not up to standard: look at the error messages.
And there are a lot of "to do" because of lack of documentation.

I get an panic from this version on my PC. Last time I checked was
something like 10 days ago (running "next" fine).
Kernel 2.6.37-rc3 running ok here, Intel Core Duo, Ubuntu 10.10.
