But with most v4l2 webcams I've tried, I get kernel panics.
I have pics of the message if anyone cares to see them, I don't want
to flood the mailing list.
Basically, the names I see in the kernel panic from a uvcvideo card is

Hi,
I search a webcam which has a higher framerate than 30fps. I have a
Philips SPC1030NC which should make up to 60 fps when I believe the
package of the camera but luvcview show me a possible framerate of max
30fps...
Is there any usb webcam with a higher framerate than 30fps?

Hi,
My Nebula DigiTV DVB-T (PCI) card no longer works. It's on a
multi-boot Kubuntu system and works fine when I boot into Intrepid
(v2.6.27-11-generic#1 SMP i686), but it does not work with Jaunty
(2.6.28-11-generic i686). I've also tried a beta of the latest Kubuntu
release Karmic and that also

Hi,
I read and sometimes post to this mailing list, but I very much prefer to use a newsreader from
gmane rather than receiving all the mails.
In the old linux-dvb mailing list it was possible to switch off receiving all
the emails,
is it still possible?
