I am trying to use a DVBWorld DVB-S 2102 USB2.0 device for multicast
data reception from EUMetCast. I have compiled the latest drivers from
Mecurial, and I can't seem to get the network device of the card to
work properly to setup reception for data via multiple channels.

Laurent,
Thanks for working on this. I might need some more time to review this
as there are many RFCs put for review (including one from myself). From
TI's point of view we need something like a global buffer allocator for video
drivers.
Two ideas that came up while discussing this internally a

Hi,
I've identified a problem, but after an IRC session
(http://linuxtv.org/irc/v4l/index.php?date=2009-09-16) with Devin
Heitmueller, he he did not understand what happens to my adapter, and no
others seems to have reported this problem.
My configuration is Fedora 11 with kernel 2.6.30.5-43.

Should work now with the v4l-dvb-repository on Linuxtv.org
