Hello,
I saw some old posts on this maillist about someone trying to get some
information on a Linux Avermedia A312 driver around Nov., 2008. I'm
just wondering if any progress has been made towards this driv

Would like to add one more dimension to the discussion.
The situation of having multiple DVB type boards in one system.
Using one remote would be enough to control the system. So we should have a
mechanism/kernel config option, to enable/disable an IR device on a board.
For multiple boards of
Hi again
below is the current patch porting sh and ov772x to the new imagebus API.
It seems to work, I'll be porting further drivers too, then test more
intensively, then we shall decide how to bring all other users of .s_fmt,
.g_fmt, .try_fmt, .enum_fmt over to this API.
Thanks

Since we are not using v4l2_device_call_* calls any more, we don't need to
initialise subdevice .grp_id any more. This also fixes compiler warnings on
64-bit platforms.
