* fix a little build break in nvme (forgotten include and Kconfig select)
* introduce sysctl knob for enabling tpm stuff at runtime
(sed-util expects since several years, so it seems that piece just might

libata tpm functionality, needed for self encrypted devices (OPAL, ...),
is currently disabled per default and needs to be enabled via kernel
command line.
This patch allows enabling it via sysctl.
The implementation might look a bit 'naive', as there aren't any locks

I did it that way I wasn't that aware that a more generic approach is
in the pipeline, and I needed something usable now.
The patch is already used in the field and seems to work quite well,
but if I'm alway open for better solutions.

port's iomem range, and helpers for it. Then, I'm step by step patching

The standard data structure for holding io resources in the
kernel is struct resource. Serial drivers yet don't really
use it (except when retrieving from oftree).
