I have no hope of Linuxtoday fixing this.
If this is done, I recommend we immediately mark it as deprecated and likely
to go away soon. It's better to get people to upgrade their IOS than to
force kludges. If they have an old IOS, this is probably one of several
issues that need fixing.

No more than some of the other route attributes like window, rtt,
mtu, ssthresh etc.

Is there anyway that we could make ECN enable/disable a flag on a route?

Wow. I suddenly can access lots of hosts again.

Please do not send -any- bug reports for closed source drivers to

Hi there!
I get kernel oops with test9-pre9 as soon as I start X, which is
running perfectly with test7.
When I start X as root I get strange X messages, when I start X as
user then I get kernel ooops.
I attach the ouput of the X server when started by root as X-errors
and the kernel oops as
Hi,
I started a compile of kernel test9-final on a virtual console.
(make bzImage modules modules_install)
Then I started X on another one. Initial windows showed up fine.
But mouse was stuck. Tried magic - nothing. (early in compile,
should not be at modules_install for a long time)
I noticed
Hi!
since at least 2.4.0-test5 (the oldest kernel I have around) floppy support
is broken on alpha.
If I e.g. do
od -c /dev/fd0 | more
I get all sorts of weird stuff (parts of libc, directory contents, other
binary data) but not the floppy's real contents. Mounting of floppies also
doesn't work.

Maybe you want to switch on this op
I frequently experience lockups since test9-pre7. It usually happens when
leaving pine. Pine asks if the deleted messages should be purged. Say yes
and everything freezes up.

starting with the new test9-pre9, the i810_rng driver will not compile as
part of the kernel -- only a module (see below).
also, and more importantly, i can not get the driver working on my
