Recompiled v4.13-rc6 with debug info and lockdep.
Unfortunately, still cannot use crash utility because 7.1.9 does not support
v4.13 (and git HEAD with required fix for 5-level pagetable does not compile
for me).
But I've got much nicer stacktrace + lockdep output (check paste below).

I'm not able to reproduce it with blk_mq disabled. Also, if blk_mq is enabled,
