Update for anyone interested: it seems like it does work ok, but only
for BLE devices. The names of other devices didn't come up (only the MAC
addresses) and when I try to connect (e.g. to my phone phone) it fails.
If anyone could help me figure out what's going awry in the btusb driver

I've just got a Broadcom BCM20702A0 USB Bluetooth dongle but it seems
not to be working :-(. Whenever I search for devices only their MAC
addresses appear (not their names) and I can't seem to pair with them.
