patching kernel 2.4.3 in /usr/src/linux
cd /usr/src
bunzip2 -c ~/kpatch/patch-2.4.4-pre1.bz2 | patch -p0 -E
as I have done hundreds of times.
tons of failed hunks and previously applied patches.
I can patch my backup of 2.4.0 -> 2.4.1 -> 2.4.2 -> 2.4.3 with no
problem.

usb audio uses the abs function, which is no longer included in gcc-3.0
Not a big deal yet, since the kernel crashes with it anyway, but
something to
look at.

How does this relate to IrDA with SIR speed of 115200 and max turnaround
of 500ms?
The max throughput is about 5000 bytes in 500ms.

I would guess this a problem with missed patches during Linus's
paternity leave.
test11 did fine and acpi sorta works. (ThinkPad A20)

Has anybody tried this device? It is not listed under supported or
unsupported cards. The card has a switch for 16bit/CardBus.
