Simply we forgot to undo the vma->vm_userfaultfd_ctx = NULL aft
The previous fix 384632e67e0829deb8015ee6ad916b180049d252 corrected
the refcounting in case of UFFD_EVENT_FORK failure for the fork
userfault paths. That still didn't clear the vma->vm_userfaultfd_ctx
of the vmas that were set to point to the aborted new uffd ctx earlier
in dup_userfaultfd.

This patch prepares cxusb driver for supporting the analog part of
Medion 95700 (previously only the digital - DVB - mode was supported).
Specifically, it adds support for:
* switching the device between analog and digital modes of operation,
* enforcing that only one mode is active at the same ti

This functionality is then used to allow disabling ivtv-specific hacks
(called a "generic mode"), so cx25840 driver can be used for other devices

letting TDA9887 output port 1 remain high (inactive) will switch FM radio
to mono mode.
Let's make use of this functionality - nothing changes for the default
stereo radio mode.

Several people reported that the commit 3298b690b21c ("kbuild: Add a
cache for generated variables") caused them problems when they updated
gcc versions. Specifically the reports all looked something similar
to this:

This two-patches fixes two corner cases with .cache.mk that have been
reported recently. Neither problem was catastrophic, but certainly
several people ran into the problem solved by the first patch (can't
build after gcc upgrade) and wasted time debugging, so it's really a
good idea to fix.

or "sudo make modules_install". In theory, that could cause a cache
file (or the directory containing it) to be created by root. After
