Sorry for bringing it up here. I tried on many resources and discussion groups. Here I
feel I use the ultimate but also last resort.
My screen is high resolution but too small - laptop. I added: DisplaySize 286 215 to
/etc/X11/xorg.conf Display section and KDE seems to understan
