Make sure the gpm is running (you probably want to enable it
on startup) and using the correct port (e.g. if your mouse is on
the DOS COM1 port, gpm should use /dev/ttyS0 or there

I am using redhat 6.0 (upgraded from red hat 5.2)
I am able to use the mouse under X
and i used to be able to use the mouse on terminal aplication (on the one of the
terminals) back when RH 5.2 was installed
however i am unable to use the mouse now (on rhide,mc and other console
aplication)
