Subject: lilo cause a virus warning
hii
whan i use the virus protection option on my bios
i get a virus warning when i use lilo
this must be because lilo changes the mbr
is there any thing to do rether then disabeling
the protection option ?
Hello Adi!
You can install lilo not on your mbr, but on a specific partition of your
harddrive, which you must make bootable.
I also don't think that the bios virus protection is that good, though
I don't guarantee this.. I would disable it, if I were you, and use a
normal anti-virus under windo
