Where are these aplications?
Looked for caitoo (is it k instead of c ?) on the kde ftp server and
cou;dn't find it.

Using netscape, as far as I know you can't continue the download. But, if
you can connect via ftp (If you can't get an ftp address directly, try

These two applicaitions implement a "getright" or "gozilla" like
functionality.
