thiere are a few options in the protocol sections:
1) PS/2
2) imPS/2
3) MouseManPlusPS/2
and of course don't forget to add ZAxisMapping thingie...

Hi,
I have a problem with M$ IntelliMouse.
If I change the Protocol option ( at X86Config-4) from "PS/2" to "IMPS/2"
and add "ZAxis 4 5" , everything
goes mad. The desktop is jerky and any movement of mouse causes to some
menu be opened.
I had no problems with the same mouse and Mandrake-8.0 . Tho
