We just called IBM in regard to Ori's BIOS update. It appears that the
BIOS update is available only for Windows. I called IBM, but the
"tech" said that there is a problem with the computers, and asked that

Ubuntu 8.10 have in their gui an option to create bootable disk on keys
That might be a good starting point if you have an existing installation
