Hello, I had ran "make menuconfig" on 2.6.7 kernel. I had noticed that you cannot disable the SCSI device support . It can be a module or it can be built into the kernel. No other alternative. This is so also in newer kernel than 2.6.7 (and probably also older). I assume that an average user
