That is correct. sometimes... i did it a long time ago and i managed to get the remote side IP, a test i have done a few months ago was not successful as the file was still being transferred via MSN (i only tested MSN) servers. same thing for Voice call. in any case, why not just block the user

Why not just to contact the police? SkypeOUT is originated from VoIP but somewhere its going over traditional phone lines, specially when its entering the country via one of the international carriers. technically it is possible for any carrier to trace back the origination of the call and event
