I'm using calamarco http://calamarco.com/ (formerly known as
synecdoche), they are doing a great work, very responsive, will install
any app that can be apt-get'ed on Debian Woody. They do however work
with exim and not postfix, though if you take your own machine you can
put whatever you want

I am using zesthost, I got 5gigs for 80 bucks a year with mysql etc.
