Hi, Seems you have VIA 686a (or 686b) sound chip on your motherboard.. This chip is something like Ensonique 1371/3 - means it's a pretty stupid sound chip - the MIDI interface there is horrible though... What you'll need, Erez, is to use the ALSA drivers for this chipset. The OSS sound drive
