Those RC's version are not intended for end user usage - only for those who
compile KDE frequently or developers...
The official release is March 25. I suggest you wait.

mirror, as I mentioned (ftp.rutgers.edu/pub/kde/unstable/kde-3.0-rc2), but
are only in bz2 format.
Anyway, there wasn't any announcement about RC2 either. I still wonder if the
problems WRT RC1 were fixed?
