Hi, Today, with many distributions, comes a huge database of monitors with their models. You could check if your monitor is there, and if not - choose a similar modem.. Also, don't forget to set up the CORRECT Memory size you got on your VGA card (2MB, 4MB, 8MB, 16MB etc...) Also, if you're loo

I recently got a new monitor (my old one failed) and configured it using Xconfigurator. I configured it as "Monitor that can do 1280 x 1024 @ 60 Hz" as the manual for the monitor says that it is capable of this. However, my display (as from xdplyinfo) is 640 x 480. Using Ctrl-Alt-plus/minus doe
