So, you have it also, ha? I have it at work... Bad news - there isn't an open source driver for it - only commercial (30$ or something) driver for it.. Now, you can grab the trial version and try it - but it got some errors (like when u boot your Linux it will not initialize the card for the fir

I got a Yamaha DS-XG Legacy Sound System onboard sound card. I didn't manage to set it up. Anyone have any experience with this card ? I mainly need the kernel compilation options. Which chip support do I need to compile in? ) The Mother board is an Intel SE440bx-2 if it helps. Thanks Micha
