I'm running KDE on debian sid, and i don't have this problem. I just tried in Konsole, and I was able to break (^C) and to stop (^Z) a program while using the hebrew keyboard layout. Tell me more, how do you switch languages? Do you use the kde program (kxkb or something) or did you set up hebre
