Don't forget that each stream requires lots of memory - did u think about it? Theorticly speaking - you can use KDE's aRTs server (it can run as stand alone), and let the user select his MP's via a web interface, and stream it with aRTS on his server. aRTS can do sound multiplexing and stream c
