Just run 'gnome-default-applications-properties'
gnome-control-center is available also from menu under
Applications/Desktop Preferences.
After more digging and searching, I at last found the desired dialog by:
Applications/Desktop Preferences/Advanced/Preferred Applications/Web
Browser (a tab).
