I only made minor corrections to that document since then. The main thing
it is missing is a better help on using kppp/wvdial/etc. A little
troubleshooting section is also mising.

with linux in Hebrew.
It still misses many things, such as a more extensive troubleshooting
section, and some instruction for using various guis.
But yet I think it is useful enough as it is.
