mail problem

Hi, Whenever an e-mail is sent to me i don't get it. I check in linux and i saw that all the mail that was delivered to me is gotten by a file name, which called "root".(its owner is "mail" user and it's in /var/local/mail directory). In the mail i c a message (and also the sent mail) that said
