Let me understand , you're telling there was broadcast feature in ypbind < 3.3
and now it's thrown away? Why then it tries to send broadcasts over the network?

There are 3 ypbin binaries:
/usr/sbin/ypbind-mt
/usr/sbin/ypbind-3.3
/usr/sbin/ypbind_bsd
and all yield to same result

I can log as root) , second the load average is getting
