I am about to open an account with an Israeli web hosting company but before
I do that I wanted to know if anyone knows of a site that can show me how
that host has been doing, like a rating site where I can see what complaints
people may have (or compliments) about a particular host. Does anything

Maybe you could set up TC (Linux Bandwidth Management and Traffic
Control). Should be able to allow you restrict traffic to any speed you
like.

I use actcom (www.actcom.com). They support Linux and can also provide a
static IP if you need it. Service has been great so far. I've been with
them for about 10 months and the only downtime was because of BEZEQ.

machine and I'm trying to configure it so I can store Hebrew text (names,
addresses, etc.). I tried using set-character-set=hebrew in the my.cnf file
