Actually, they ran out of IPV4, but the players there have plenty of unused
addresses.
RIPE / ARIN etc had plenty of time to do something about it, like creating
some sort of "market" where companies could buy and sell IP's, I'll guess
that this will happened now, since tons of places cannot switch
