How to shutdown a webcam (cut out power)

Hi , After finishing with the auto turn off led usb device , I'm stuck with cutting the power to the webcam. I tried sending suspend to the power/level but it just failed since lsusb still can see it. Also im using an old bug in m5602 module to hold the led on (so i could know if the power is
