2. Is there any CPA with practical experience in matching between the
needs of businesses using GNUcash for their internal accounting and the
legal tax requirements?

Looks beautiful. Spec also looks good. I wouldn't count to be in the near
future here. And if it comes to israel, you will pay at least x2 or x3.
