As far as I know, none of the ISP provide ipv6 yet.

According to http://www.sixxs.net/faq/connectivity/?faq=native there appears
more and more IPv6 aware ISPs, but nothing in Israel.
Should firewall builders start bother with filtering IPv6 traffic
