Excuse Shlomi. Both of us proof-read the announcement, but we missed
this detail. You are, of course, supposed to lick the screen where the

The Ubuntu Hebrew Remix is a remastered version of the Ubuntu (7.10)
installation CD.
It was modified to include packages and special settings for the Israeli user.
It defaults to a fully operational Hebrew desktop with He/En keyboard
layout switcher. It can also be booted into a "Hebrew Enabled"

Depends if the relevant libraries in question are GPLed or LGPLed. I believe
they are LGPLe
